Let all of your thoughts and worries be just like bubbles… and let them pop as they arise. Acknowledge them… and then let them all go, like playfully watching soap suds… beginning to drift lazily towards the drain. Feel how it relaxes you… to watch them… slowly circling, lining up and forming fleeting patterns… before they all go down the drain. Now, feel even more relaxed as those bubbles are beginning to get pulled down… down into that pull of the drain where all thought bubbles go. That downward pull getting stronger now… and stronger… as it draws near the center… the inevitability of it increasing… as it swirls around… and around. Can you imagine the calmness… of riding on a bubble…? And going with the flow… allowing yourself to relax… even more deeply… as you close your eyes… and drop down into a deep trance now?
